I set my macros at 0% carbs. 80% fat and 20% protein. Before I did that I was eating too much protein to sustain ketosis.

“Fancy Butter” Whip equal parts butter and cream cheese. Store in the refrigerator. Perfect on most anything.

chaffles 1 egg 1/2c shredded cheese Add seasoning or inclusions (my fav is bacon bits) and mix well. Pour into waffle iron. So delish!!
