I work in assisted living. I was at a seminar recently that stated current predictors are that baby boomers will live to 120 due to medical and health advances. You’ve got a lot of life left and so many adventures ahead! Celebrate 50!! Happy birthday!!

Ahhh Tieks. I have been mildly obsessed with these online. I have a hard time believing they would actually be worth it. I decided they couldn’t be. Then a coworker showed up at work with a pair and is raving about them. Says she will never buy another flat and is asking for another pair for Xmas. Sigh.

So far it’s a very encouraging education and support group. Develop lasting habits that are small but will reflect big changes in your health. They have not tried to get me to do any diet plan or purchase any shakes. It encourages slow and lasting change. I start week 3 tomorrow.
