I started logging this time on July 1, 2018... so far I have managed to SHED 39lbs.. going for another 40 lbs... wish me luck!

I log my activity during the day but do not use the calories myfitnesspal gives me for working out. I have had a loss of weight weekly all except one week by doing this.

Not really new but I am new at using the blog portion of the myfitnespal! Good luck everyone! I'm 65 years young and working hard to my goal of 80 lbs shed! I did this in 2009 and will do it again in 2019!! I shall keep it off this time!
