@boehle I will register for that race and do it with you. I do a walk run interval because of my knee issues.

I run as slow as a turtle going through peanut butter but I move. I also do a walk /run interval. I base that on the Jeff Galloway method. The walk breaks help to not cause injury. Also, you can do a 5k walking it. It is all about the finish.

I think I was just in some kind of funk. I have eaten what I wanted without any guilt. I have not worked out in over two months and I have gained 15 pounds!
