After I eat my first meal (which is at 1pm) i love to drink a lot of water personally and what really keeps me full after that is 3 boiled eggs with two cans of tuna( with mayonnaise and chopped onions). It makes me feel alright until like 5 or 6.

Well. I dont have a lot of information to work with to tell you why but o can give you suggestions. If 2400 your calorie deficit and you are sure you are eating aproxemetly that and its not working try lowering it to lets say 2,000 of healthy food. Try planning for those extra calories. Leave 200 calories just in case you want something sweet for snacks

Well, it makes the exercing harder and you CAN use it even though it is not actually needed. And besides I dont think that anyone would buy that. As long as you maintain in a calorie deficit you will loose weight no matter if you use it or not and think that having a cold shower would have the same effect than that but…

I'm guessing that you are weighing yourself weekly and noticing some fluctuations. Happens to me too. You can weigh yourself every morning after you you use the toilet or before the meal wich minimizes the fluctuations (weigh your self at the same time and day) or you can weigh yourself everyday and at the end of the week…
