Alternating between jogging and walking for 30 minutes. It takes time . . but eventually you'll get to the point where you can run continuously for 30 minutes or long enough to finish…
  • Hey everyone, Fairly new to MFP and new to the running challenge. I'll try for 75 miles in August. Logged over 20 miles so far using strava. Have the goal of getting closer to the 20 miles per week. Training for a 10k at the end of September.
  • My go to snack is baby carrots and a hard boiled egg … about 100 calories. Good luck!
