Looking for friends to keep me motivated and challenged. I try to get to the gym daily. When the week goes as planned, I walk 3-4 miles 4 days a week on the treadmill, take TRX classes (LOVE) 3 days a week, and Zumba once a week for fun. I follow a ketogenic plan as well.
