7/13 Caloreis/tracking: no. I went to eat at Mongolian restaurant and then ate ice cream. I haven't had ice cream since May. I gave into temptation. Exercise and water- yes 7/14 Met goals on all calories/tracking, water, and exercise. I even swam for 20 minutes on top of my walk. I'm back on track now.

7/3-7/5 Hit my goals all days (calories, tracking, water and exercise) I was under my calories on the 5th but ate more carbs than wanted. Better day for carbs tomorrow.
