45 and single with grown kids, it's "me" time. For my health, my self esteem, my outlook on the future, and my confidence. I was over by a couple hundred or so because of beer yesterday, after not eating all that much all day. Crazy how awful that stuff is for us. I haven't had any since i started back on my weight loss and eating well/exercise this time, I was shocked.

Tons of awesome replies and info here! I wanted to add that hot drinks like coffee or hot tea curb my hunger for a while. Just don't mix in loads of heavy calorie creams and sugars.
