Hi my love, my advice is ditch the whole idea of 'goal' and an amount to loose each week. just introduce changes gradually and they will be easier to maintain. For example swap sweets/unhealthy snacks for 'healthy' ones, (by the way there are no 'bad' foods, its just when we over indulge they can cause addictions to sugar…
