So what did you do differently now?

I'm North Indian. A lot of our food is pretty nutritious - we just need to reduce rice and wheat consumption and control the amount of oil we use. I've noticed most daals, rajma, channe etc. taste just as good cooked with zero oil. I do add a small amount of desi ghee just before serving - it makes everything divine.…

I am - though I do eat eggs and dairy.

I fast 20-4 during the work week. Weekends are a whole different story - eat all meals at home and also when we go out - always go over my limit. Need to adjust that part.
