I do like kale - prefer it to spinach in salads and soups. Love kale chips. I do not like raw spinach but love cooked, pureed spinach. Everyone has different likes and dislikes.

I got into the elevator on my floor after work and waited to be transported down to the ground floor - my excuse is usually there are other people in it too and the button is already pressed. I was still standing in it staring at my phone distractedly when another coworker opened the doors and let himself in :)))

This is me as well - had it 13 years ago - no precautions and no problems. Only if I eat a LOT of fat, I feel a bit queasy but this is if I really, really overdo it.
