Hi, I'm 57 and need to lose 90 pounds. I have been diligent to record my eating and staying under calorie limit for 3 weeks. Just this small beginning has given me momentum, that I don't want to lose. I am ready to start adding exercise and resistant training again, waiting for the victory on the scale - slow going.
