  • Love this topic! Thanks for asking. So I've tried: juice cleanses, Weight Watchers, groups at my gym and online, etc. And actually all of them have "worked" until I decided to stop working them. My current system is to have food targets for 4 meals per day (I.e. XX oz of fruit, XX oz of veggies, XX oz of carbs) and to send…
  • I took the Pinnertest and found out I was intolerant to gluten and eggs. I cut them out of my diet, and my stomachaches have reduced to maybe once a week (vs. 2x per day). I also have a reaction to diary, but I agree with everyone who said it was person specific. I wouldn't give these items up if I didn't have the issue!
  • Ironically, I was looking for a message board or group on body beast as your post popped up! I couldn't find one that was recent, so please let me know if you know of one. Unfortunately I don't know the calorie level, but I am on Week 7 of the program, and I love it.
  • Weighing and measuring food really worked for me as is mentioned above. I also found that when I hit a plateau that changing my workout routine helped. If I was doing a lot of cardio, I focused more on weights and vice versa. It kept my body guessing. Good luck!
