I don't know if you have these in your area but I love mini drumstick ice cream cones. They're only 110-110 calories depending on the flavor and I have one for dessert almost every night. Fiber One also has some decent brownie and cookie options. 2 Dove dark chocolate squares have under 100 calories.

I'm 4'8" and I find 1000-1100 works well for me

Depending on your definition of low carb Nature's Own Life bread has 19 carbs and 80 calories for 2 slices

I decided a long time ago that if not logging in a few squirts of cooking spray caused me to not lose weight or to gain then the cooking spray obviously wasn't the problem at all-it was the rest of the things I was eating.

Mustard, salt, most spices (pepper, mrs. Dash, cinnamon, etc), cooking spray, diet soda and zero calorie sparkling water, sauerkraut and no sugar added pickles... that's all I can think of right now!
-
I actually have some of those in my freezer now! I also like no sugar added fudge pops, mini ice cream sandwiches, and frozen yogurt swirl bars
-
I use a cup of buttermilk, a cup of fat free greek yogurt and a packet of ranch dressing mix. It's low calorie, low fat, and tasty!

1 can of plain pumpkin puree and 1 box of spice cake mix makes really tasty low calorie pumpkin spice muffins. Depending on how your portion the mixture out each one is around 96 calories

I like mini ice cream sandwiches (great value) or fudge bars (healthy choice) for 100 calories each. I also tweak a box mix of devil's food cake by using liquid eggs instead of whole eggs and greek yogurt instead of the oil (you have to add about 1/2 a cup of water to account for the loss of liquid). The nutrition facts…

I've found that 3 oz of meat or 4 oz of fish is the perfect amount for me. For grains it's typically a half cup or 90 grams. When it comes to veggies (assuming they're not in some kind of high fat/high cal sauce) I usually go with how much I feel like eating. Hope much soup, stew, or casserole I have is determined by how…

Every day I have scrambled liquid eggs (walmart's version of egg beaters) with cheese, greek yogurt, skim milk, and some form of meat (mostly chicken and pork with occasional seafood). Most days I also have cottage cheese, lunch meat, and boiled eggs so I never have a problem getting 70+ grams of protein while staying…

I like to just use lemon juice, dried dill, and some paprika. I let it marinate a few hours then cook it in a frying pan on medium for about 2-3 minutes on each side. I just use cooking spray for the pan, but olive oil is even better if you have the calories to spare

I've been loving celery topped with cottage cheese mixed with hot sauce and sprinkled with kosher salt - I'm not sure if there's a vegan dupe? If not, celery topped with anything is good for a crunch craving. I also second the carrots and pickles!

I like to put Starkist Tuna Creations in Hot Buffalo on a salad with Greek yogurt buttermilk ranch. I also add some nutritional yeast and imitation bacon bits which comes out to 164 calories, 10 carbs, 3 fat and 25 protein. So, you can add extra heavier things to it to add to the calorie count, but there's already a ton of…

These are amazing cooked in the air fryer (haven't actually tried them in the oven) and I love the dipping sauce too. https://mindovermunch.com/2013/09/19/wonton-burger-bites/

Thanks everyone!

I gave up carbonated drinks for Lent and I'm SO glad it's almost over! I like to add ginger powder (not ground ginger) and lemon juice to my water with tons of ice. If I have it fresh ginger is even better and lemon chunks without the rind because after it sits a while it can give off a kind of bitter flavor.

I have a 100 calorie mini ice cream sandwich for dessert pretty much every night (Wal-Mart brand, tasty and super cheap)
-
I have it written down at home, but i think it's around 215 grams
-
Half a cup of egg beaters, 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon of ketchup.(not much of a meal, but I'm a snacker so breakfast doesn't need to be big)

I log my lettuce but don't bother measuring it, just estimate since a cup is like all of 5 calories. I don't log cooking spray, or sugar free drink mix (also like 5 calories a serving)
-
I just do 1 cup couscous, 1 1/4 cups water and 1 packet of chicken bouillon granules. Bring the water and bouillon to a boil, add the couscous turn off the heat, put the lid on, and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and you're good to go! Five 90 gram/half cup servings. 110 calories

I've tried it and I like the taste and texture, but I found that I needed to add a lot more flour to make it where I could actually work with the dough

Here are some of my go to crunchy snacks: - Dry honeycomb cereal. You get a pretty decent amount of it in a serving for the calories, and you definitely want to weigh it out to make sure you're not shorting yourself since it's an odd shape to measure with a cup. - Quaker apple cinnamon rice cakes. You can have 2 for 100…

I like the jack links peppered and teriyaki flavors

I recently made this and it turned out good. I used chicken instead of turkey, and cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken, and I also added some baby bella mushrooms. It re-heats just fine https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/spinach-turkey-noodle-bake/amp

Here are some things I buy huge containers or packs of from Sam's club for just a few dollars that are filling for snacks: - Cottage cheese - string or block cheese - eggs, cooked any way - Greek yogurt - imitation crab sticks (if you eat seafood) - mixed nuts My snacks usually also contain a lunchmeat, so sorry I'm not…

I regularly cook a large crock pot of something and eat half to a third of it and freeze the rest. I've never had a problem with beans being any different once they were thawed out after being frozen. The only thing I really have issues with is cooked potatoes don't freeze very well
