I need to begin expanding my support circle as well. Will send a friend request. I've lost 75 lbs so far, with 35 left to lose. Been overweight all my life and have overcome a ton of internal struggles and psychological/emotional barriers. You can do it! :)

1) Cut out sweets and limit portions 2) Started tracking my calories and got educated on macros/caloric deficit 3) Started going to the gym 5x/week

Smoothie: 2 handfuls spinach 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder It's very filling and low cal (approx 230 I believe) Lately I've also been adding 8oz of pasteurized egg whites for an extra boost of protein!
