Hey! I'm starting at 220. My goal Is 150 as well. 5'4". I'm trying to eliminate processed foods and decrease carb consumption. Vegetarian. I'll be doing light cardio until I figure out how to use anything else at the gym :smiley:

How low is your low carb diet? I've been looking into keto, which is 20g-30g a day. It seems super hard!
