I never noticed a drop. I would think peaks are a myth and drop offs may be linked to health, fitness, and confidence. Of course being 40 years old, obese with diabetes I may be an enigma.

I'm always open to making more friends. I like to interact with other people, not blindly like your automatic feed updates. Open Diary. Currently Keto and Intermittent Fasting.

2 days old? I'd take them back. Get my money.

They recommend only using for 3 days after opening. I've used mine for a week before with no problems. Any longer I throw them out. A bad smell doesn't sound good.

Apparently there are more calories in a quarter cup than 5 gallons.

I hope your mom is okay.

It happens to me too..every time I start dieting. I think you may be determined and focused like you said. Day one I went from 8 diet sodas a day to 3, just because of the preoccupation with logging. Your appetite should come back within a few days and it should start to increase your intake. Have some meals planned out to…

I was eating 5 dozen eggs every week at one point in my life. I sure hope that wasn't too many.

I will eat the cornbread off of the corndog first. I will eat all around my sandwich to get the crust first. Sometimes I have to cut my sandwich into 4 triangles. I pick the pizza toppings off and eat them and eat the crust and pizza with garlic or ranch sauce. I take apart Kit Kats and eat a layer at a time. Some were…

I started last week @313 lbs. I've done this time and time gain. Always want to see others succeed, as well as myself. I will send you an invite. Note: If you want to invite others, you can add them from their profile page in case you were wondering.

I'd throw a pound of broccoli on a plate with a 6oz. grilled chicken breast. You got like 100 calories left, so you could add some cottage cheese or an egg or something. Usually choose 3 items but make your green veggies a huge amount.

When it comes to really high calorie items, it is probably best to weigh it out. Mainly it is a foolproof way of knowing the calories aren't the problem. A lot of people have complained about not losing weight, and they were cheating themselves by underestimating on their diary. (Has anyone ever seen a 6 inch banana? :) )…

Feel free to add me. It's fun to meet new people and share ideas/experiences.

I get you. I've lost several huge amounts of weight in my lifetime only to gain it all back. I lost my first 80 pounds when I was 18. I got a job that kept me so busy I barely ate.. Gained it back plus some more eating out all the time after kicked out of my parent's house. Next time, mid 20's, I lost over 100 pounds…

Any number of things affect the number. This could turn into a locked thread over the opinions on that subject. Clothes fitting better and healthy exercise are NSV's you can be proud of. Don't let the scale rule you. You are doing great.

I believe highly in the CICO equation, but some meds make you retain fluid or increase/decrease your appetite. All can affect your journey. Stick to your logging and if you are holding too much fluid, or more hungry than you can bear, ask them to change it. From personal experience I was on one that made me hold fluid. I…

I have not heard of these cauliflower meals in the bag. I always get tired of the process of making it and don't try anymore. I'll have to try them if I can find them.

Does the actual taste make you sick, or texture? Would you eat carrot cake ..knowing carrot is in there but not being able to taste carrot at all?

If you like Chinese, I found this recipe that isn't quite as caloric as traditional chicken lo mein. I made it with half the noodles used in the video. I love going to Youtube for recipes. https://youtu.be/FBBUTQ0701k If you mean prepping for the whole week, I have no idea how it fairs being stored very long.

The good news is you don't have to exercise to lose weight. As others have said, make small changes to ease into this so you are not overwhelmed and want to quit. Work on the reasons behind your weight so you can be happy and sustain a loss. Work on experimenting with foods you can fit in your calorie goals while keeping…

Nah. I can easily put away 5000 calories at a buffet. I wouldn't want to disappoint myself seeing the scale jump up several pounds the next day. I wouldn't want to induce a dopamine rush from food ever again, because in my experience it is hard to jump back into the swing of things. My goal is to learn to eat for the…

Perhaps change or work on changing the reason why you indulged. Hunger, emotion, boredom... for examples.

Is it saying that CICO = believers in starvation mode? I couldn't help but cringe when he said something about Biggest Loser studies and made a Justin Bieber quote. That totally correlates. Must be the cause. :D

"Ex". Curious now.

Oh.. wow. Where do I start? um.. WLS is a waste of time and money; risky I'm fine with artificial sweeteners I don't care about sodium There are no bad or good fats (except hydrogenated) I don't believe in cheat days I don't care to exercise Cholesterol doesn't matter Doctors on TV are not real doctors I think eating…

It's sorta the same thing. Paying attention to macros and macro goals will help you avoid too many empty calories. While you could lose weight meeting your calorie goals with (exaggeration) ice cream all day, I doubt you went to a trainer to eat like that. She should set you some goals to reach each day.
