No Have you ever hooked up with anyone you met through MFP?

XXXX and winnie REDS :D

Haha .. I know right? I do a bit of both. I like her workouts because I don't do much cardio.. I've been using MFP for years on and off but never really used the community feature. Thanks! :)

Breaking up with her because I needed space.

And I also wouldn't mind doing IF again. I did it for awhile once before and felt great. I think I'll aim for 11am-7pm

I just added you as a friend. I've just started a 12 week program myself and also do early morning workouts.
-
Example - 1200 calories is a deficit for you to lose weight. You burn 300. You eat 1500 and are still at your deficit of 1200. Eat them back. Otherwise you're only functioning on 900 calories for the day and will be setting yourself up for damage long term.
-
Totally agree with this and exactly what I do too
-
I'm not sure where you're from, but I see a lot of people doing beach body workouts. Maybe you could try one of those?
-
Firstly I'm not here for an argument. Second, she never stated any time frames of the weight gain. Thirdly, I began my reverse diet AFTER my 12 week program ending (4 weeks ago). And the "only" part was me trying to emphasise that weight doesn't always matter when you can lose so much in measurements.
-
I did a 12 week program with a friend. That was my initial motivation. 15 weeks later and it's now habit and determination to not undo what I achieved in that time. I no longer rely on her to go with me to the gym.
