Neither. And neither of those things are bad for you unless you are having huge amounts of them. 80:20 approach (80% healthy, 20% "treats") is a good, long term approach to weight loss. Move more than you eat and you'll lose weight.

I personally hate diet drinks but if you're really worried about calories, vodka and diet coke. Or vodka, soda and fresh lime. Either way, you only have to track the vodka

I'm doing personalised macros and am loving it. My protein is 128g and I found it hard to reach at the start but egg whites in a protein smoothie once a day along with other foods help me reach it fine. I tried the chin assist a little while ago for the first time too. Turns out I can lift 40kg of my body weight.. I like that I have something to work towards. If I can do just one pull up unassisted I'll be happy :D
