Ground beef and chicken works well to fit into Tupperware. I usually put a half a packet with sweet potatoes (for variety you can use Japanese or Korean). There’s cool organic taco seasonings you can use too. For greens you can get some Matcha tea and mix it in a water bottle to keep with you. Other options are tuna/ egg…

I log the fruits, but not the vegetables. It can be incredibly tedious, but counting calories is worth it in the end. It becomes a habit, and every time I’ve gotten my six pack was when I counted them.

I would go for a salad with no dressing. Try to get some protein with it like chicken. Make sure it's grilled and not breaded. Also, ditch the croutons.

If you're scared of fruit having an adverse effect always have protein with it and/or vegetables. That's what I do. Examples are raspberries with cashews or almonds. Since it's summer time I usually freeze the fruits I eat so it tastes like ice cream.

If you're craving ice cream (especially since it's summer) try freezing some berries. Could be blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, etc. Even a banana works. I usually put some cinnamon and nutmeg on it. Add some almonds or pistachios to it and it tastes really good.
