I used to drink Diet Coke all the time because "I didn't like Pepsi", but then a couple of years ago, Diet Pepsi was the only diet drink available. Now I'm a die-hard Diet Pepsi fan. The best part is that I collect Coca-Cola things. I've been told I'm a bit hypocritical... :D

I am one who will need to log every day. And honestly, it makes me feel good to look at the report and see that I only went over my calorie goal a few times in the past few months. It may not be perfect, but it works for me.

I snack at work but I try to make them small (fruit, etc.). It helps me feel full and not as hangry that I may otherwise get. o:)

I just walked (briskly for me) for 10 minutes without stopping and climbed two sets of stairs. This from a woman who takes the elevator no matter if it's one floor or ten.
