My current mini goal is to NOT gain too much with Christmas around the corner. My family Christmas is this weekend and as typical I cook way too much. But I am working to minimize what I eat over the weekend and make everyone take leftovers with them.

Congratulations -I started at the end of last year too but am stuck at around 40#. Had some hiccups along the way but having a little difficulty getting motivated again. What's your advice?

I have 3 current goals: 1. I need to re-lose the weight i gained first after surgery - home for 3 weeks 2. I then had a huge sugar craving so i need to re-lose that as well - only about 5 pounds now 3. After those - lose another 8-9 pounds to get where my doctor wants me to be.
