Many CrossFit gyms in my area have a separate Oly class with certified oly coaches. Typically you do not have to be a CrossFit member, it just cost less if you are.

1 year and lots of gym days. Started at 220lb 2 years ago. 180lb now. Would still like to lose more but happy with the progress.

I lift more often then I cardio. The numbers on the scale don't show everything. This is me: at 210 and 202. Not much of a scale loss but I think a very visible difference. Lift weight. Be strong. I have found that my lifting achievements and given a different and more positive body image.
