  • Snacks (healthy ones) are important to me: When I get hungry in between meals I usually have tea and an apple (before lunch) or cottage cheese and a few almonds (before dinner). That way I'm not starving when it's time to eat and I eat less. I also have apple cider vinegar before each meal (with water and lemon juice)
