Last week: 124 This week: 124 I didn't lose weight, but I didn't gain ether. I also ran in a pair of shorts I couldn't fit in a month ago and didn't experience any chaffing which to me is a big win!

Week 1: 126 Week 2: 124 Behind on exercise and need to drink more water, but I completed a strenuous hike last weekend. Goal this week is cardio (aside from walking) the remaining 5 days.

Thank you! I turn the big 4-0 in October and my goal is to lose 10 lbs in 6-8 weeks by 1) doing :60 cardio EVERY DAY 2) Honestly logging daily 3) drinking 2-3 liters of water per day based on exercise/perspiration. I prefer a Friday weigh in as I often cheat on wkd :/
