I feel the same way. I do intermittent fasting and when it's time to break my fast, I want to eat my breakfast, snacks, lunch and dessert (and sometimes I do). I feel so out of control sometimes. It happens with every meal except dinner.

I recommend Wacoal's sports bras. I wear a 38D and they always hold my girls tight during runs and boxing. Every other sport bra I've ever owned, I had to wear a regular bra underneath.

1000 calories seem so little. Maybe you aren't getting the nutrients you need and your body is fighting back. I agree with getting a scale. Also try adding strength training to your routine. Hi! Feel free to add me! I am 28 years old, 5'7 and 231 lbs. My mini goal is to be under 200lbs (which would be a pre-high school weight). My macro goal is to be in the 170-180 range. My food diary is open and I eat about 1700 calories a day and I love food so this has been really tough.
