I usually don't log spices unless its something thats high in calories or I want to check my sodium intake

When I have tried sugarfree soda in the past I usually get bloated, stomach ache and other nasty side effects so now I usually just stick to regular sugar even though I want to be able to have artificial sweeteners since I like sweetness but don't want to eat to much sugar.

If I get hungry for a while so that I get hangry or feel weak I tend to overeat. Unhealthy food tend to make me crave more unhealthy foods this weekend I had a hamburger and wings after that I felt I wanted more. Another one is PMS.

I weigh with clothes because I did it the first time and I don't want to change it so it looks like I lost more than I did+ I eat and drink before weighing for the same reason.

Don't compare yourself to others it is you yourself and your goals that matter. Even if she eats junk food and lose weight why does it matter to you. Maybe the method she is using is working for her but it might not work for you. You have a plan and you are losing weight so stick with it.

I have had problems with my feet before and right now I'm waiting for my weight to go down before doing exercise that are straining on the feet. I mostly do exercise on stationary bike and elliptical maybe you can do that if you like the gym otherwise if you like to be outdoors you can bike.

I'm the same height and MFP calculated the same calorie intake. I started att 1kg(2.2lbs)/week but I felt weak after exercising so I changed it to 0.5kg(1.1lbs)/week got more calories and I feel much better.
