I just started and im budgeted for 1600, but have been in the 1200-1400 range everyday without a problem. i just started calorie counting a week or so ago and have been eating alot of fruit for snacking. Mostly Cherries, Grapes, and oranges. Helps with the sweet tooth as well. I havent had any desserts which i used to almost daily.
