I dont recommend this diet one bit. The fact that you lose so much weight while ingesting so much fat should be HUGE red flag right off the bat. You may look better on the outside, but what about the inside? EAT MORE PLANTS!!!

1200?? That seems a bit unnatural. If you are having difficulty with body fat or whatever your goals may be, perhaps it's time to look at where your calories come from, instead of worrying about how much you get....
