I personally like honey nut cheerios. My suggestion is to try a bunch of different ones and see what you like. The best cereals are the ones you'll actually be eating - but remember to eat them in moderation as they're quite calorie dense.

Why not complete your food diary the next day? That way you can't miss anything.
