They sent me a free "Crispy Bar' with my donut order. For the calories it was just OK, at best. I will not be buying more.

Ok, I guess my favorite two are the Pancake and Waffle flavor or the PB&J.

I never met a pint I did not like!

I tired them as well. For some reason they made me dizzy and a bit nauseous. It did not matter if it was a cookie, bagel or other bread product from them. So I must be allergic to something in them. I ended up getting rid of what I had left and now avoid them.

I like Kellogg Crustless Quiche, low cal, two minutes in the microwave and tastes good to me. https://www.kelloggs.com/en_US/products/ham-cheese-quinoa-quiche.html

I did but don't anymore. That said I still eat lower carbs as carbs and sugar tend to have lots of calories. If you are doing keto, I would still recommend you weigh and tack all of your calories. I found I can actually gain weight doing keto if I eat too much. But I do prefer keeping away from the carbs.

You could give this a try: https://tofutti.com/frozen-desserts/sour-cream/non-hydrogenated-plain/

Hi Gary- I tend to monitor my trend for the last seven days. That way I know at any time how much or little deficit I have and can therefore eat accordingly. I often look to use the deficit when I have a business meal our dine out with the family.

Don’t be fooled by your free cookies, we the consumers will pay for this settlement through increased prices over time. They have to get the money to pay they settlement and attorneys on both sides from selling cookies.

Here is a Forbes link to support my position. https://www.forbes.com/sites/danielfisher/2013/12/11/with-consumer-class-actions-lawyers-are-mostly-paid-to-do-nothing/#5c4ac29c1472

These class action suiters where a whole bunch of customers get small settlements or discounts make attorneys rich, seriously!

a whole pizza at 350 calories does not does not sound right. I eat a whole 10" cauliflower pizza that come in over 600 calories. Take a look at Dominoes website they let you build the pizza and show the exact calories. If you then click on the nutrition details it will tell you the weight of a serving in grams. Build and…

Just my mom freaked out she sees me about once every four months or so as we live in different states. My whole family is heavy so that's what her brain is used to. She still thinks I am likely killing myself. I told he no I was killing myself before one potato chip at a time! People that know me, know what I have been up…

Do you get dizzy or just clumsy? Some medications can cause dizziness. You have to figure out why you fall to fix it!

I'm confused do you really want the jelly or not? Even if the mood is rate it keeps for a long time in the fridge. Heck if I really wanted it I would order all three sugar free brands online and decide which I liked best by trying them. I've tried smuckers and it's fine to me but I'm accustomed to sugar free stuff.

Perhaps you used to get drunk or high to deal with bordum. Chaos would not be boring. You need to find other things to get a high from. You said roller coaster referring to life, what you could seek instead is adriniline and pushing the limits of your body. Have you ever thought of competing in one of your hobbies such as…

Never heard of it and ordered it. Hope I like them!!!

I bought it at Kroger and enjoyed it. Seems to have little bits of pumpkin pie in it.

I measured my good and ate within my maintenance goal. I was very satisfied and did not miss out on anything I wanted. Turkey, stuffing, gravy, broccoli cauliflower gratin and pie. Had left over watching a movie late in the evening and still stayed within goal. Enjoyed the day and the meal with my family.

Seem how many calorie are in the bag. Pop the whole bag. Weight all the popped popcorn from the bag. That the total calories for the bag, take what ever fraction of that you want to eat and to the math. If you get 300 grams popped and all the popcorn on the bag is 300 calories you get 1 calorie per gram or 100 calories for…

No Gain here, ate within my maintenance goal and still had Turkey, Stuffing, Gravy, Broccoli Cauliflower Gratin and an amazing lemon pie I made myself from my stepmoms old recipe. Had this in the afternoon and repeated the turkey, gratin and gravy in the evening. Ended up at goal for the day and felt completely satisfied.…

I sort of did the same thing but added 100 every couple of weeks just to try to measure the effects slowly over time. I am at 1970 plus I cut the calories in half that MFP adds for logged exercises.
