This is sort of funny to me anyway. Been doing the collagen supplement now for about three months. Yesterday my wife asks if I am getting botox injections, which I am not. Not really taken collagen for my dace but...

Maintenance does that. When you first increase calories you will retain more water and have more waist in your system. Don’t give up on your exercise you need what made you lose successful help you maintain. Easing in to maintenance by slowly increasing calories helped me figure things out.

I had not stuffed my self to discomfort in a long time. But I did it the other day. I was not able to work in a meal all day, just a bunch of running around so I had a H U G E spaghetti dinner. I was within my calorie goal but I ate most of them in this one meal. This was painful and made me just feel ill. Years ago I used…

I like the photo idea, seem obvious now but never though of it. Good for lots of dining out and social type situations.

That's so true, you never know how those family recipes are prepared and what goes in them. I stopped asking and do the best I can.

Hi Andy- I share the same regret as you. At 50 I’m the healthiest I have ever been and wished I would have figured it out at 20. Congrats I am looking everything with you, that’s the only way I can maintain.

I love the stuff too but when I way the 28 grams that makes up a 200kcal serving I sigh!

I have a peanut butter one that I like the best so far, second is salted caramel. I still have not tried any of the six Irish creams I bought.

Finally found these last weekend. Been wanting to try since I saw NoreenMarie's post. Had the salted caramel ones yesterday and like them. Nice bag for about $2.50, I ate half a serving and was satisfied at 65kcals. I will move on to the cinnamon ones once I work my way through the salted caramel bag. I bought two of each…

I would likely try them to...Calories?

Dried or dehydrated fruit is always a good choice. Keeps a long time so I can keep the bags in my office at work. I buy it at the local dollar store for a dollar each bag, dah... So much less expensive then anywhere else and I like it all, peaches, apples, strawberries, bananas, blue berries, ect...

I make a Brown Betty almost every day for my after dinner treat. One small apple or two medium ones, usually a golden delicious and/or a granny smith, sliced in to small pieces. One piece of 40 or 45 calorie honey wheat bread cut in to crumbs. I then use 1/3 cup of sugar free syrup, vanillas extract and cinnamon. Mix up…

Yes, I am more wrinkled with the weight off. I started taking collagen supplements about two months ago. I was hoping it would help my other saggy weight loss issue, 85 pounds and on maintenance now for a year and two months. I think the collagen has helped my joints thus far, otherwise I may be just wasting my money, time…

I understand where you are coming from, I hate when I see my trend go up. Mine was doing the same so I stopped eating back EX calories. Once I get my trend back to the bottom of my range I will start adding back in 20% of my EX calories until my trend gets flat. I think maintenance for me is going to require constant…

I log and pre-log, I pre-log especially if I am going out to dinner. Anytime I know I am going out I plan ahead and pre-lof the calories. The good news is I almost always have a plan for eating out and know exactly what I am going to order.

I understand about the desire to go a little lower. I am thinking I would be better under 150 but am happy to be under 155 and willing to go real slow any further lower. I am working on recomp, lots of walks, strong cardio 3 to 4 days and weights 3 days. Feeling healthy!

Don't know, maybe they don't think you should let your weight drift down more? I changed the previous like a gave you to a hug, I was just really making sure it was not me accidentally doing it with with the app. It wasn't! You are doing great on maintenance, keep it up!!!

Hop I like it as well...never had it but ordered it and expect it to arrive this Friday.

Me too as I like the other flavors such as Wasabi Ranch and Tomato Basil
