I get a little caught up in the fluctuations if I weigh every day, and tend to make some poor choices. I weigh once a week, and at about the same time.

My victory is slowly changing my relationship with food. I am working on not seeing good/bad food, just today or not today food. All things in moderation.

YES!!! I love them. Typically use them when we do Indian turkey burgers. I toss them in the microwave for 45sec - 60 sec each side as I am not a fan of them cold. I did learn to be very careful seasoning them as they absorb salt like crazy.

64 - 96 oz of water depending on the heat. I drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee and some herbal tea (if it is not clear water, I don't track it)

I agree! I find that adjusting how I eat is an adventure. So many flavors to try...my poor BF is being inundated with new pinterest recipes on an almost daily basis. :)
