Hello! I am getting towards my goal, and am finding it very difficult to stay focused for the last 10 lbs. I keep thinking that this is enough, if my body wanted to be at a lower weight then it would be easier to lose weight. (ignoring all of the easter candy that has crept into the house and such). The accountability is…

Hi. I am at 16/60 min for the month. I didn't realize that I was supposed to track it daily, so I will start doing that from now on.

Another with a very interesting perspective is Tim Ferriss http://fourhourbody.com/ The title of the book is a little clickbait like, however I have played with his processes and they are neat. Worth a read imo

I weigh them once I have taken the shell off. Not because I am overly worried about a gram or 5 of difference in an egg, more out of habit. If I start deciding that I don't have to weigh one thing, then I know I start to slide. I am also the crazy person who weighs their lettuce and takes a mini scale with me when I go for…

I got weird looks at first, but then ppl got used to it. My thought is that I am working on me, if other ppl want to judge, then that is on them. I am making progress…
