Congratulations!!! I started keto seriously in the last six months. I am down 30 lbs and have lost over 20 inches. Also, I am no longer pre-diabetic. Keep up the good work:)

I have been doing tacos with the shell made of melted cheddar cheese. It is really easy and is surprisingly good.
