Everything I have read says we must keep our macros in line as close as possible. If you're over by -5 or less you are okay.

Hi there. I was reading your post and since you did WW I need help with the fitness points. I have stalled and people tell me I need to eat those calories I earned. Is this true? I also use walking and lost 16 pounds in a month. Of course, I know it will slow down this month. I can't go in the sun so I walk to dvd's called "away the pounds" by Leslie Sansone indoors. It is cardio and muscle training all in one. Good luck in your journey masterwilde.
