You can do this! You did amazingly well before and you can do it again and then some. One day at a time, at least that's what I am telling myself. I've got nearly 80 to lose and it seems daunting but I've lost 50 pounds and gained it back so I'm in the same boat there.

I congratulate you on walking so much! That's a lot of steps there and it is difficult to get an accurate calorie burn but don't let that deter you. The fact that you have these issues with your shoulder and knees and yet you still make the effort is very inspirational, keep it up! :smiley:

Just started MFP today, I'm hoping this can help me stay on track and get to a comfortable weight. I can always use more encouraging friends!
