When I was working Out I had to eat some carbs beforehand. I started getting really bad dizzy spells and started to almost pass out at the gym. You will find a balance that works for you and your body. Everyone is different. Keep a shake with you for right after. :)

Happppppppy Anniversary! It's definitely not an easy thing but we stick to it and try our best EVERYDAY! I'll hit the 2 year mark in November!

I'm STILL having issues and I'm 9 months post-op. I really am trying to up my water intake but still I get stuck for like up to 7 days sometimes and I was on the worst stall for 2 months. I just barely started losing weight again. 3 pounds so far after 2 months, but better than getting stuck.

Before I had surgery, I had to attend classes that were provided by the Dr. We started out at 1500 then the second stage was 1200. The classes were three months long. We switched to the lower calorie level at week 6. I'm only 9 months post op and to lose weight now I have to stay between 800-1200 calories per my Dr's…

I eat the Quest Protein BBQ chips. They taste funny at first but they grow on you. 130 calories per bag, 21 grams of protein, 4 carbs, zero sugar, 2 grams of fiber. It helps when you want to have that crunch taste. :smile:

I had the sleeve on 11/02/16 Height: 5'8" Highest weight: 326 Surgery weight: 272 Pants: 24-26 Tops: 2X or 3X Shoe size:10 Current weight: 206 Pants: 12/14 Tops: M-XL Shoe size 8 1/2-9 Was on a stall for almost two months and now I'm finally losing little by little again.
