  • @Chinkiri so sorry you are having to go through so much. Sometimes we just have to grieve for what we're lost. Our outlets of dealing with our daily stresses have changed. I've been able to stay in cardio for a good portion of my walks without getting tired and also going longer without getting too winded. Now I really look forward to doing them.
