I started seeing it in my third month of weight loss... Try taking progress pics. You dont have to share them but its very beneficial because when youre looking at yourself everyday its harder to guage every change. Progress pics throw it in your face though!!

I am NOT grateful for the rain today. I know we need it. Im even excited I dont have to water my gardens. But I dyed my hair yesterday and flat ironed it today and now its going to become a lovely frizzy mess.

I cant remember what it was called but there was a seasoning awhile back that had a sweet side and a salty side and was guaranteed to make you lose like 30 lbs in 30 days.

Im really no expert here but I noticed a difference when I added weights. I squat and lingewith barbells, use resistance bands for leg lifts, and I dont know what its called but when I stopped feeling my squats, I started squatting much lower, coming halfway up so my thighs were parallel to the ground, going all the way…

Could you add some nutrigrain bars or protein bars for the extra calories when youre not feeling hungry? There are days when Im simply not hungry but add those in... The nutrigrain bars especially because theyre low in saturated fat but are yummy.

I stay part time on the breakfast shift at a restaurant I kind of hate simply for the free bacon. Do I qualify for this group??
