  • Thankfully my husband was in the Army just two years ago and he helps me with my form daily to make sure I'm doing it correctly. On Thursdays, I also go to my recruiter and work out together and he has also given me some tips. He's actually the one who started me on girl push ups because I could not do a real push up with…
  • Sorry for double comment, but it sounds like you know what I had previously stated in my first comment. I feel like you're heading towards an unhealthy obsession and you may want to consider talking to a professional about this because it is not normal and it is unhealthy behavior. Good luck ❤️
  • I've had this problem in the past. I'm joining the Army and they want me to be 154 to swear in and pick my job-- which I'm only 10 pounds from. I've been on my weight loss journey since April (-30 pounds thus far), and have found day-to-day weigh ins on the scale can be decieving. Your weight fluctuates anywhere from 1-3…
  • I agree wholeheartedly with this. The only thing it could cause is excess hunger, which in turn can result in eating high calorie foods or overeating in general. As long as you're not too hungry, there's no issue with you waiting that long to eat breakfast.

Maintained 120 through out high school, then I shot up to 210 pounds while pregnant. Mine have faded with weight loss and now they are barely visible; for reference I started in April at 190 and…
  • Sorry for the lack of clarification. When I say girl push up, I mean doing a push up but with your knees touching the floor.
  • They sure will whip me into shape lol. I just want to get as physically fit as I can before I get there so I won't be as physically exhausted. I know I'll have to deal with a lot of mental exhaustion, so I'm just trying to make my life easier before I get there. ☺️ I want to get as close as possible to being able to pass…
  • The best way to get a calorie deficit is to exercise. It's much harder to get that calorie deficit through diet because you will feel more hungry, tired, and you will be much more likely to stop if you are feeling like that. You will not get adequate nutrition on 1200 calories.
  • Hi, I'm looking for friends too and I'll add you. :)
