  • Avocados I have 2 large ones a day and usually a few cups of spinach in a salad with avocado and hemp oil. Also macadamian nut and hemp seeds. My main ways of upping the fat without dairy. I’ve started cutting back on the dairy also. But can’t give up my keto/bulletproof coffee.

  • Potassium is the only one I can’t seem to hit. That’s why I use the tartar to catch up. I eat spinach 3-6 cups and 2 avocados everyday and I’m always short potassium.

  • Like others have said don’t worry too much about it. Especially if your trying to lose weight. Just hit the carbs and protein goals and cut back the fat some.   • Been fat-adapted for about 2 months now. Started keto/if 3 months ago. I’m usually around 25 net carbs per day and 200+ fat and ~110 protein. It’s a great way of eating for long term health.
