When does she recommend you start exercising then? My doctor gave me the ok to begin, and my milk supply hasn't changed, so should I just be focusing on general fitness instead of weight loss?

I've been doing JM videos for the past month - 6 days a week and keeping calories around 1800/day. I've been maintaining my milk supply for breastfeeding, but not really seeing any drop in the scale or in measurements. How are you finding it?

I seem to fit all of your categories! Just had a baby three months ago and have been trying to use the 30 day shred (along with other JM videos) to try and reach my target weight. I'll add you!
