Thank you.. This time around i have to continue to be dedicated, think bout my kids ..my family and my friends. I was told by my Dr. I wouldnt live another 10 years if i didnt make changes now.. At 39 yrs old that scared the *kitten* out of me.. Changes are being made and I must stick to them
