  • You should ask your doctor to check your vitamin D levels. If it is too low that can zap your energy a bit
  • A chicken burrito bowl from Chipotle. I just do brown rice, chicken, tomato and corn salsa and cheese and the estimator online comes up to 605 calories. I do add some extra though just in case. I don't add beans or anything else just because I don't like them.

  • My son loves these but we make them as a sandwich instead of open faced. We core the apples and dip them in pineapple juice (so they don't brown), dry them off a bit with a paper towel (helps the peanut butter stick), add peanut butter and other goodies like raisins or chocolate chips or whatever you like.
  • Check out the benefits for your insurance company. I found out that I can get a 15% discount at my local running store through my insurance.
  • When you are ordering a large drink at a fast food place, the cup cost more than the soda you are putting in the cup. If I wanted a large cup for my water I would just tell them that I will pay the cost of the large drink.
