Hi there! I'm currently at 210 lbs but want to get to 130. I'm new here and I've lost 5lbs so far in the last two weeks by calorie counting and using the app to log. Long way to go but I feel better for it already by the food choices I find myself making now.

I thought about doing this for a short while. SAW focuses on getting you to change your eating habits so you reach for the good foods rather than high calorie foods which are signed. However you also get to eat as much 'free food' as you like, which also needs to be eaten alongside 'super free' foods (fruit and veg).…
