Luckily this is incorrect. Eat as much protein as you'd like.

Why are you limiting carbs to 100g? The only required macros are fat and protein.

Depends on the goal. If trying to lose weight, I do minimal to no cardio as it is more counterproductive for this. If trying to just burn some calories and get the heart pumping, I like a little something in my stomach.

How is your situating different? We are here to help.

Except what is overweight? Too heavy? Too much fat? Too much muscle? If you lose 30lbs of muscle and no fat, will you no longer be overwieght by your definition (of course this is not technically possible)?

The problem with all of this is that it is impossible to tell how many pounds you need to lose to get the look you want to get. I thought I had 20lbs to lose, but almost 40lbs later I am still not there yet. I simply aim to lose 1lb per week until I am done.

I have not had the issue (which are the people you want advice from since they have been successful in their weight loss). You will simply need to eat less and/or move more. Weight loss only comes down to eating less calories than you burn. You want to weigh everything you eat and track every bite going into your mouth.…

This is the correct answer here.

As has been said above, it doesn't matter what you snack on as long as it fits in your daily calories. You can have fried butter if you feel like it or a cheeseburger. i like to have a protein shake as my evening snack.

Are you trying to gain fat or muscle? If muscle, what lifting routine are you on?

Cut to 10-12% bodyfat and then do a slow lean bulk of 100-200 calories over your TDEE.
-
Agree, I would cut down to ~20% before doing a slow lean bulk.

So much misinformation here
