I’m a serial starter. I’ve stated every diet and exercise program I’ve ever found and only finished maybe one. I need some accountability friends to check in with (both ways), maybe that will help. I have had this app for years but haven’t used the community or chat feature really ever. Hoping to try something new!

I’ve found that IF helps me to not binge so much... my mentality messed with me sometimes thinking so much about what to eat and when and how much blah blah blah. If I tell myself okay I’ll just drink coffee and then eat 2 decent meals then for some reason it feels less stressful even if I’m doing the same amount of meal…

My steps sync but my workouts won't either. i've read all the info and tried everything i can find. i did find one spot on my phone that says it's basically waiting for a request from another app, and then you can approve the sharing. however on MFP, it doesn't request info from apple to be able to approve... it says to go…

I LOVEEEE dark chocolate! I honestly had not paid attention to my carb to protein ratio on those bad days but what I ended up eating was a ton of carbs and it was never satisfying enough. I’ll definitely go for more protein snacks and see if that makes a difference. I swear I’m going through the longest PMS I’ve ever had…

I use herbal cranberry tea and it really helps with bloating and water retention. It’s called “weightless”. If your grocery store doesnt have it, amazon does!

Does anyone have tips for curbing cravings before/ during your period/pms? I have been doing a new workout program and eating really well these past couple weeks... really noticing some changes and feeling great.... and then these last 2 days I feel like I’m eating anything I can get my hands on
