Before surgery I followed the guidelines they gave me strictly because I didn't want to break any brackets or anything. I gave up my peanut butter sandwiches just for the cleaning reason. I definitely want to get back to running, but I didn't know if that was too much cardiovascular to gain weight back at the same time. I am not real knowledgeable with exercise or fitness.

Should I just suck it off a spoon? I still have braces and can't eat it as a sandwich because it gets stuck. Any particular exercise or just build back up to running?
